The different parts of Medicare.

Original Medicare (Parts A & B)

Original Medicare, provided by the federal government, has two parts: Part A and Part B.

Original Medicare Part A helps pay for hospital stays, while Original Medicare Part B helps pay for doctor visits.

Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP)

You might qualify for a Dual Special Needs Plan if

You’re under age 65 and qualify on the basis of disability or other special situation
You’re at least 65 years old and receive extra help or assistance from your state

These plans offer benefits and features beyond Original Medicare, which might also include transportation assistance and prescription drug coverage.

Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D)

This plan helps pay for prescription drugs and can be used with Original Medicare or Medicare Supplement plans.

Medicare Advantage Plans (Part C)

Part A (hospital insurance) and Part B (medical insurance) are combined in one plan, and may include additional benefits beyond Original Medicare, like prescription drug coverage, dental, hearing and vision care.

Medicare Supplement Insurance Plan

Also called Medigap, these plans help cover some out-of-pocket costs not paid by Original Medicare.

Part B Give Back

The Part B give back is a Part B premium reduction offered by some Medicare Part C "Medicare Advantage" Plans. Contact me to see if you qualify for Part B Giveback.

Hi! I’m Jamie and I want to share a little bit about myself for you to get to know me.

I was born in Pensacola, Florida. In 1999, I graduated from the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega, GA with a Bachelor of Science in biology. I moved back to Pensacola, Florida, after graduating to start my family and raise my kids to be beach babies. I am a mother to a 20-year-old and a 22-year-old and a grandmother to a 1-year-old grandson.

I developed a love for Latin dancing right before COVID hit. It was a very difficult time to pick up a new hobby, but I stuck with it and all of the training I’ve done in the past 6 years has paid off. Now I travel all over the world for dance events, training and further growth.

I wholeheartedly enjoy what I do and I don’t even see my Medicare business as a job. I love being an educator and helping people understand the Medicare system and how it works. I am adamant about doing what’s right for my client and understanding their specific needs regarding Medicare.

My daughter, Lana, is a Medicare agent as well and is as dedicated to assisting her clients with their Medicare needs as I am. She and her partner, Kenny, bought their first house about a year ago. Their home is starting to look like an animal sanctuary with tons of chickens, turkeys, 6 cats and a guard dog with desires to add more farm animals to the mix. My son, Jakob, started a little family of his own with his partner, Ariel, and my grandson, Jasper. Jakob is a dedicated worker and is eager to support his family. He has plans to start his own business in the future. Ariel stays at home with the baby, ensuring he has a loving and supportive environment at home.

I have a strong passion world travel and for this past year I have been traveling all over the globe for dance and exploration in different U.S. cities as well as many countries. Being fully immersed in another culture is a deep love that I have. My plans moving forward are to travel a majority of the year with a little touch base back home in between my travels to visit friends and family.
